About This Place
Just to the north of the charming, archetypal English village of Weybourne is Weybourne beach. The steeply shelving pebble beach at Weybourne was said to once be the haunt of smugglers as it was easy to land large boats full of contraband here. These days you are more likely to see fishermen than smugglers. --> Whilst the shingle bank may be ideal for angling it is not so good for swimming as it gets deep quickly. This dog friendly beach is fairly easy to get to and has a good-sized car park behind the beach.
π‘ Our Take
We at DogParkUK wholeheartedly recommend Weybourne Beach in Norfolk for a brilliant doggy day out! Your furry friend can enjoy unrestricted fun year-round, tearing across the shingle sand. Parking is available nearby, making access easy. This spot is perfect for more confident dogs who enjoy a good chase and a splash in the sea. The nearest amenities are a short drive away, so pack plenty of water. Be mindful, currents can be strong, so supervise your dog closely if they're swimming. Small dogs should be kept on leads! Anxious dogs may prefer a calmer spot.
