Nestled in [PUT LOCATION - e.g., rural Oxfordshire], The Exchequer is a proper, historic pub with a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, perfect for you and your furry friend. Dogs are welcome throughout the pub, not just confined to the beer garden! We were impressed with the quality of the food – proper pub fare, done well – and their well-maintained beer garden is a delight. Remember to bring a water bowl though, as they don't always have spares. It's ideal for well-behaved, socialized dogs; perhaps less so for easily overwhelmed puppies. A warm welcome for all!
