About This Place
Mineheadβs north-facing Terminus beach sits between the main beach and the harbour. --> In 1990 the sand and shingle beach was almost completely washed away by a violent storm. A multimillion pound project to replace the beach and the sea wall was completed in 2001.Good for swimming, kite-surfing and windsurfing, with easy access to amusement arcades, the terminus of the West Somerset Railway and the start of the South West Coast Path.
π‘ Our Take
Terminus Beach, located somewhere unknown in the UK, is a year-round doggy paradise! We love that dogs are welcome on the sand anytime. We don't have details about the sand type or nearby facilities, unfortunately. Swim safety is unknown, so keep a close eye on your furry friend. This beach is fantastic because restrictions are nonexistent, offering a real sense of freedom. It's probably best for dogs who love unrestricted rambles. Remember to bring water on hot days, as there are no readily available facilities nearby. It could be a fun adventure for the whole family, especially the four-legged kind!
