This historic pub welcomes well-behaved dogs throughout, even within the pub itself - perfect for keeping your furry friend close. They offer hearty, traditional food – ideal after a long walk, coupled with a quality selection of local ales. The beer garden is a lovely spot too. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Note it gets BUSY, so consider visiting off-peak times. Best suited for socialised dogs as it can get quite crowded, especially popular for bigger breeds such as German Shepherds.
