About This Place

Polpeor is a small, south-facing, pebble beach just to the right of Lizard Point, the most southerly point in England. Dominated by the remains of an old lifeboat station, the cove is unsuitable for swimming and difficult to access. --> There is a National Trust car park at Lizard Point.

πŸ’‘ Our Take

Looking for a no-nonsense dog beach in Cornwall? Polpeor Beach is your year-round answer! Your furry friend can happily bound across the sandy expanse here. Just remember there appears to be no description for this beach. Parking is available, and nearest facilities are yet to be confirmed. Swim safety can be a concern, so keep a close eye on your dog, and be mindful of the tide. It's likely great for dogs who just want to run free. We always advise investigating further to see if it really is the place for you and your furry friend!
