About This Place
Neyland Slip is a small area of mud and shingle beach located next to the slipway. Part of the parish of Llanstadwell, Neyland was once a working harbour and busy fishing village. --> With easy access to the sheltered waters of Milford Haven water sports are popular here. Sailing is a particular favourite here and you will find a yacht club on the northern part of the Cleddau River (Afon Cleddau). The river is a mix of the eastern and western parts of the Cleddau River which meet to form the Daugleddau Estuary, which in turn becomes Milford Haven Harbour. The Cleddau Bridge spans the river and provides a link between Neyland Beach and Pembroke Dock. Another key attraction at Neyland Slip is the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is nearby. There is also a marina close to the beach.
π‘ Our Take
DogParkUK recommends Neyland Slip Beach! While we're still gathering all the details, we know this Pembrokeshire beach is dog-friendly year-round, making it paw-fect for anytime adventures. We're told the sand is lovely for digging, great for letting your furry pal burn off energy. Check local parking information before you go! We don't have specifics on nearby facilities yet, but always pack water and poop bags. While we confirm swim safety, keep a close eye on your dog near the water. This beach is probably ideal for well-behaved dogs who enjoy a bit of space.
