Littlestone Beach
π New Romney, Sussex
About This Place
The wide beach at Littlestone is largely shingle above the shoreline with wooden groynes disappearing into the sea. However, when the tide goes out a vast expanse of rippled sand is revealed. --> To the back of the beach are a number of coloured beach huts beyond which is a large grassy area. Littlestone beach makes a good / quieter alternative to neighbouring beach at Dymchurch which is virtually guaranteed to be busy during the summer. There are a few facilities in the village across the road.
π‘ Our Take
Discover the hidden gem of Littlestone Beach in Kent, where dogs can frolic year-round on its soft, sandy shores. Ideal for puppies and big dogs alike, the beach offers ample space for off-leash adventures. With free parking nearby and accessible paths, it's easy to explore with your furry friend. While there are no immediate facilities, the town is close by for any essentials. The calm tides make it a safe spot for swimming, but do keep an eye on strong currents occasionally. Littlestone Beach is a perfect escape for anxious dogs seeking a peaceful environment to unwind and play.
