This historical gem boasts a fantastically relaxed atmosphere, perfect for well-behaved dogs who are welcome throughout the pub. The food is top-notch, and the beer garden is a delightful spot to unwind with your furry friend. We found the pub to be very welcoming for big dogs! Pro-tip: The stone floors are a little slippery – bring a travel rug or a towel to help your dog feel secure. It's an ideal spot for sociable dogs. John Paul Jones is dog heaven (and human heaven, too!).
