Large sandy beach, particularly at low tide backed by an area of sand dunes which make up the Crymlyn Burrows nature reserve. The setting isn’t too attractive though; located at the mouth of the river Neath, sandwiched between the industrial area of Port Talbot and the busy Swansea Docks. -->

The soft sand is perfect for zoomies and digging, and there's ample parking nearby. While there aren't facilities directly on the beach, Swansea's amenities are a short drive away. Tides can be strong – so always supervise your dog closely near the water! This beach is great for well-socialized dogs who love a good run, but maybe not the best option for very small puppies due to the potential for powerful waves. Have fun, and remember to bag your dog's waste; keep Wales beautiful!
