About This Place

D’Arcy Equestrian Camping is an adult only Camping and Caravanning Site in Essex. Just 9 miles north east of Maldon and 12 miles south west of Colchester, it’s surrounded by little villages with a variety of attractions, small shops and restaurants on the doorstep. There is space for 5 caravans or motorhomes and 2 tents but the real treat of this site is The Paddock which is an enclosed pitch available for exclusive use. This pitch includes electric hook up and has water nearby and there is also a wet room (shower, toilet and sink) plus separate toilet and washing up area undercover. There are plenty of public footpaths in the area, and a quiet one directly from the campsite. You do need to be a member of the Camping and Caravanning Club but membership is available onsite for £42 – it comes with lots of additional benefits.
