Looking for a proper dog-friendly pub with character? We at DogParkUK suggest checking out Captains Table! This historic pub welcomes furry friends throughout *most* of the pub (check with staff!), so muddy paws are no problem. We hear the food is fantastic, perfect after a countryside walk. Plus, their beer garden is a real sun trap. The atmosphere is lively so maybe not ideal for very anxious pups. Tip: Bring a short lead as space can be tight inside! It’s a great choice for social dogs, experienced pub-goers, and owners seeking a relaxing lunch.
