As the name suggests Bognor Regis Pier beach is centred on the town’s Victorian pier. Built in 1865 the pier once stretched 1000 feet out to sea. However, the years have taken their toll and what exists today is barely a tenth of that. --> The pier is really the point that separates Bognor’s East and West beaches but this section of beach is at the heart of this traditional south coast resort. Delightfully dog-friendly year-round with glorious sand, your canine companion will be in heaven. Parking is available nearby. Whilst there are no direct facilities, the town centre with shops and cafes is only a short walk. Swim safety isn't formally monitored, so always keep a close eye on your dog in the water. This beach is perfect for well-socialized pups that love to run. Remember to bring poop bags and take extra drinking water on hot days!
