Auchmithie Beach, located directly in front of the village, is a rugged and peaceful spot. Auchmithie Beach in Angus is a hidden gem! We at DogParkUK love that dogs are welcome year-round on this sandy stretch. The parking is limited, so arrive early, especially on weekends. Though there are no facilities directly on the beach, the village is a short walk away. The waves here can be a little choppy so supervise your dog carefully if they’re swimming. This beach is perfect for well-socialized dogs who enjoy a good run and a dip in the sea. The open space makes it an ideal spot, just be wary of the strong current in the sea!
