About This Place
The golden sand, Blue Flag beach at Amroth sits at the start / end of the 186 mile Pembrokeshire coastal path. --> As the tide goes out a vast expanse of sand is revealed - perfect for beach games. When the tide comes in the beach is greatly reduced in size and is mostly pebble above the shoreline. With rockpools at the western end and plenty of facilities this is an ideal family beach, and something of a hidden gem! There is a lifeguard from the beginning of July to the end of September.
π‘ Our Take
Amroth Beach, in beautiful Pembrokeshire, is a year-round haven for your furry friends! The sandy shores are perfect for digging and zoomies. Dogs can paddle freely, making it ideal for confident swimmers. Parking is available nearby, making access easy. While the description is currently unavailable, be sure to check local tide tables before visiting! Amroth's open space and shallow water are great for puppies and energetic dogs who love fetch. However, keep a close eye on curious pups near high tide. We think Amroth is an excellent choice for a dog-friendly beach day.
